📦 Returns
We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition
  
• It must be unused and unaltered
  
• Proof of purchase is required
  

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, we’re happy to help make it right.

• Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis
  
• Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist
  

We may ask for photos to better understand the issue and resolve it quickly.

🛠 Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for you, these orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

⏳ Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
