We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • It must be unused and unaltered
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for you, these orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
